You have three possibilities to avoid this error:
You can increase the RAM of your computer by adding more physical memory.
You can close all the running applications, then launch the installation process, and follow the guidelines.
You can assign more space for the virtual pagefile.
Go to Start > (right click) My Computer > Advanced System Settings > Performance > Settings > Advanced > Change. Increase the value in Maximum file size and reboot the PC, then repeat the installation procedure.
